Addison Waelbroeck arrested at Riverside Commons

Plymouth Police were dispatched to 1265 Baker Street, Riverside Commons on Saturday, July 6^th because of a domestic dispute around 7:30 p.m.

During Corporal Schieber’s investigation, it was determined that the suspect was 22-year-old Addison Waelbroeck of Maricopa, Arizona.

Waelbroeck was taken into custody and held in the Marshall County Jail on charges of intimidation, obstruction of justice and false imprisonment.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only a reasonable suspicion to believe that a crime has been committed. Defendants are presumed innocent throughout the trial and are entitled to legal representation and a jury trial, where the State is required to present evidence beyond a reasonable doubt before a verdict of guilt can be entered.
