Loud House arrives in the Hertel/Starin restaurant building

BUFFALO, NY — A longtime Hertel Avenue bar/restaurant is preparing to open under a new concept and new ownership.

Loud House Buffalo is leasing 1735 Hertel Ave. in Starin, Buffalo, a site that previously housed Orazio’s, Fiamma Steak House and then BOSS – Buffalo’s Original Steak & Seafood, which closed in 2016. The building was put on the market in 2017 and sold for $297,500 in early 2022 to Orchard Park businessman Ian Finn.

Loud House comes from Christina Bishop, who told Buffalo Business First that she is partnering on the project with her fiancé Timothy Love, an entrepreneur and musician, and her sister and chef Taylor Bishop, who is returning to the Charlotte area to run the kitchen.
