AMBER Alert issued for East Tennessee girl

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) – Authorities are searching for a 7-year-old girl who was reported missing from East Tennessee Thursday morning.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation reported that an AMBER Alert has been issued for Serenity Alanna Marie Kinsey of Jefferson County.

According to the TBI, she was last seen at her home on Indian Creek Road in Dandridge around 1 a.m. Thursday wearing black shorts and a blue shirt.

According to official information, Serenity suffers from autism and cannot speak. She is 90 cm tall, weighs 25 kg, has curly blonde hair and blue eyes.
