Missing Atlanta boy last seen walking on BeltLine with mother

ATLANTA — A 16-year-old boy is seriously missing in Atlanta, and police are now asking for the public’s help in finding him.

Atlanta police said Ramses Hoppa was last seen walking south on the BeltLine with his mother near the skate park at 830 Willoughby Way NE around 1:15 p.m. Tuesday.

Hoppa is nonverbal, autistic and retarded, according to police. He is 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 140 pounds and has brown eyes and hair.

Officers responded to a missing person call at 725 Ponce De Leon Ave.

Anyone who sees Hoppa is asked to call Atlanta Police or 911 and report his location immediately. A reward of up to $2,000 is being offered to anyone who can locate Hoppa. You can submit an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers at 404-577-8477.
