Argument between roommates leads to stabbing, Atlanta police say

ATLANTA, Georgia (Atlanta News First) – One person is in the hospital after an argument turned violent Monday night.

Atlanta police said officers responded to a report of a person stabbed in the 2900 block Campbellton Road SW just before 7 p.m. When they arrived at the scene, officers found a 39-year-old man stabbed to death.

The victim was taken to hospital for treatment.

Officers investigating the incident said they arrested a possible suspect at the scene. Their preliminary investigation indicates that an argument occurred between roommates, which ultimately led to the victim being stabbed.
