Hollywood comedian and actor from “Arrested Development” dead, 80 years old

Hollywood actor and musician Martin Mull has died at the age of 80 after a long battle with a mysterious illness.

The experienced actor was best known for his roles in television series such as “Arrested Development” and “Rosanne” as well as the crime thriller “Clue”.

Mull’s daughter announced the actor’s death on Instagram on Thursday.

“It breaks my heart to announce that my father passed away at home on June 27 after a brave battle with a long illness,” she said.

Mull, who has worked in Hollywood for over four decades, also played the role of Principal Willard Kraft in the television series “Veep,” “Two and a Half Men” and in the cult series “Sabrina the Teenage Witch!”.

In the 1993 film “Mrs. Doubtfire” he starred alongside Hollywood heavyweights Robin Williams and Sally Field.

On Facebook, heartbroken fans expressed their dismay.
