Tucson man shook stranger’s child at Dairy Queen

TUCSON, Arizona (13 News) – A Tucson man is facing numerous charges following several wild incidents in Sahuarita on Thursday, June 27.

Sahuarita police said 44-year-old Robert Dominguez was arrested for aggravated assault, shoplifting, driving under the influence and drug possession.

The SPD said it started at a gas station, where Dominguez behaved erratically and left the gas station without paying for some things.

Dominguez then allegedly went to a Dairy Queen, approached a family, grabbed a six-year-old child and shook him. The SPD said Dominguez also made incoherent statements.

The child was not injured and Dominguez left the restaurant.

A few minutes later, officers were called to a tile store because Dominguez was there and refused to leave. He was taken into custody and police said officers noticed several signs of impairment.

Anyone with information is asked to call 520-351-490.
