2 dead, 1 injured in accident in Ohio City

CLEVELAND – Police are investigating a two-vehicle crash that left two people dead and another injured.

According to a Cleveland Police spokesperson, the accident occurred at approximately 5:50 a.m. Sunday morning. A 58-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene after emergency responders arrived. A 49-year-old woman was taken to a nearby hospital, but was pronounced dead upon arrival.

A 27-year-old man was injured in the accident and taken to hospital. However, his current condition is unknown. The names of all three victims have not been released.

The accident is currently under investigation. 3News will update this story as new information becomes available.
