Connecting Buffalo and Rochester: A Well-Being Collaboration

In a cozy corner of Buffalo’s new caffeinated gem, Raha Coffee House on Amherst Street, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Chantelle Nicole, a dynamic yoga instructor whose journey is as inspiring as the tranquility she brings to his classes. Raha Cafe, with its rich Yemeni heritage and warm, communal atmosphere, provided the perfect backdrop for our conversation. Raha is not only great coffee; it is a celebration of heritage and hospitality, where every guest is a friend and every visit is an opportunity to create memories over a cup of exceptional coffee.

“I had never felt such a grounded feeling in a class before participating in Chantelle’s yoga events. Something about her brings peace to the room. And in a way that suits all levels of yogis. Not everyone is open to meditation or vulnerability to movement. But Chantelle has such strength and care behind her class that she offers you comfort you didn’t know you needed. She is well-traveled and experienced, which gives her practice a feel-good feel. He is someone I would feel comfortable taking my 78 year old father with with my 8 year old niece. It is excellent with beginners and brings warmth to more advanced yogis. Chantelle’s events are by far my favorite yoga event in Buffalo, New York. – Mélinda

“Making the decision to begin a serious wellness journey after being well-ill for much of my adult life was a decision that brought up a storm of emotions. At the top of this list? It destroyed the fear part and illuminated the hope part, which helped me stay on the path to authentic, joyful well-being. I look forward to more events in the future! -Jessica

“Dom creates a beautiful and inclusive sense of community. What’s more inspiring than being surrounded by a group of people who want to improve? -Jamie
