Arrests

Bentonville

Abishai Hernandez, 20, of 956 S. Brambling Lane in Fayetteville, was arrested Tuesday on two counts of sexual assault. Hernandez was being held in the Benton County Jail on Wednesday and no bail was set.

Mark Howard, 42, of 1394 Tradition Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday on a charge of sexual assault. Howard was being held in the Benton County Jail on Wednesday and no bail was set.

Centerton

Jessie Thomas Jr., 26, of 460 Red Robin St. in Centerton was arrested Tuesday on charges of domestic violence and false imprisonment. Thomas was being held in the Benton County Jail Wednesday without bail set.

Elkins

Christina Holt, 43, of 807 N. Kansas St. in Springdale, was arrested Tuesday in connection with lottery fraud. Holt was being held Wednesday at the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $12,105 bail.

Rogers

Jeffrey Merryman, 51, of 1003 S. 22nd St. in Rogers was arrested Tuesday on a charge of domestic violence. Merryman was being held in the Benton County Jail Wednesday and no bail was set.

Springdale

William Villanueva, 25, of 3076 Pullman Drive in Springdale, was arrested Tuesday in connection with aggravated battery on a family or household member, terroristic threatening and first-degree false imprisonment. Villanueva was being held Wednesday at the Washington County Detention Center, where he was ordered to post $50,000 bail.

Tontitown

Justin Raley, 33, of 938 Via Drago Ave. in Springdale, was arrested Tuesday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member. Raley was being held Wednesday at the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $50,000 bail.

Washington County

Aaron Johnson, 31, of 21479 Aztec Road in Cane Hill, was arrested Tuesday on charges of second-degree domestic violence and endangering the welfare of a child. Johnson was being held Wednesday at the Washington County Detention Center, where he posted a $50,000 bond.

Boren Jones, 28, of 423 Pine Terrace Drive in Star City, was arrested Tuesday in connection with aggravated battery on a family or household member and kidnapping. Jones was being held Wednesday at the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $10,000 bail.
