Man attacks woman in driving aggression incident in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS, Nevada (FOX5) – A woman is asking the public for help in locating a suspect who attacked her in a road rage incident Sunday.

The victim, Sarah Goolsby, spoke to FOX5 about her memories of the attack. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is currently searching for the suspect.

The video shows Goolsby already lying on the side of the road, knocked out. The suspect walks away, but hits the woman again after she gets up. She said the incident happened on Rainbow southbound toward Spring Mountain.

“I thought maybe it was an emergency, he was having a seizure, losing consciousness. I didn’t know he was angry until he got out of the car and came towards me,” Sarah Goolsby said. “But I don’t think it’s going to end like that. I think it’s going to be like, ‘Watch where you’re going, you almost hit me.'”

She says a police officer drove by the scene and didn’t stop, but came back to check on her. She also said she was thankful her two children weren’t in the car with her at the time.

“Would I call the police and wait for them to come?” she said. “As angry as he was, he probably would have broken the window and it wouldn’t have made any difference.”
