Man pleads not guilty in case of rape in city center park

A man has pleaded not guilty to raping another man in a city center park.

Idrees Jaff, of Berners Close, Norwich, is accused of carrying out the attack near the bandstand in Chapelfield Gardens shortly after 11pm BST on 10 June.

Mr Jaff, 38, previously appeared at Norwich Crown Court where he denied two charges of raping a boy over the age of 16.

He was remanded in custody and is due to appear in court on December 16.
