Police are looking for witnesses after a fatal collision

Police are appealing for witnesses after a pedestrian was killed in a collision with a motorcycle in Hastings.

The incident happened on Priory Road near the Bridge Community Center at around 1pm BST on Sunday.

According to police, a 65-year-old man died at the scene of the accident.

A 25-year-old man from Hastings was later arrested in Wellington Place on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. He was released on bail pending further investigations.
