High temperatures are expected from Saturday through Memorial Day, with afternoon highs around 30 degrees inland and between 27 and 32 degrees on the beaches.

“Between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., the duration of a sunburn decreases to 10 to 15 minutes,” said Buresh.

It will be hot and partly sunny at Jazz Fest on Saturday and Sunday, so bring plenty of water and sunscreen.
