Crime scene becomes car accident at 12th Street and Cook Avenue.

A four-vehicle crash occurred at the scene of a shooting Thursday afternoon when the suspects returned to the scene and sped away at high speed.

At 12:38 p.m., officers were dispatched to a shooting in the 1100 block of Cook Avenue. According to Sergeant Ben Milam, there were no injuries in the shooting.







Four-vehicle accident and shooting at Cook

Billings police investigated the scene near the intersection of 12th Street West and Cook Avenue following a four-vehicle crash and a shooting that left two victims.

While officers were on scene, the suspect’s vehicle returned and then fled west on Cook Avenue. The vehicle disregarded a stop sign and struck another vehicle before striking two more parked vehicles.

The suspects, a male youth and an adult woman, then attempted to flee but were arrested.







Shooting ends in four-vehicle crash

While officers were on scene, the suspect’s vehicle returned and then fled west on Cook Avenue. The vehicle disregarded a stop sign and struck another vehicle before crashing into two more parked vehicles. The suspects, a male juvenile and an adult female, then attempted to flee but were detained. One of the suspects and a passenger in the struck vehicle were taken to the hospital.

One of the suspects and a passenger in the vehicle that was hit were taken to hospital. The accident is not considered to be a serious personal injury.
