Teresa Giudice’s daughter Milania Giudice was reportedly in a car accident with her new Mercedes-Benz convertible.

The teenager’s luxury vehicle was destroyed when she and another car collided in Boonton, New Jersey, on Friday, according to a police report obtained by TMZ.

According to the report, there were local disagreements over who was to blame. The 18-year-old claimed the other driver ran a stop sign and hit her car at the intersection.

Meanwhile, the other, unidentified driver claimed he came to a complete stop at the stop sign, looked both ways before continuing, and eventually somehow crashed into the teen’s vehicle.

Police ultimately sided with Teresa’s daughter, stating in the report that the accident was due to the opposing party’s “inattention and failure to yield the right of way.”

Giudices family attorney James Leonard confirmed that Milania was not injured in the accident, telling TMZ, “We are extremely grateful that no one was injured. Nothing else matters.”

However, the high school graduate’s Mercedes-Benz, which still had the temporary license plates, had to be towed away.

Representatives for Teresa did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Despite the accident, Milania celebrated her acceptance into the University of Tampa with Teresa over the weekend.

The 52-year-old “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star and her daughter posed on a bed surrounded by red and black varsity clothing.

Teresa decorated her daughter’s room with a giant balloon arch and gave the teenager Nike sneakers.

“Congratulations on the University of Tampa! I love you so much and am so proud of you! I can’t wait to see what you’ve accomplished in your four years, make mom proud❤️,” Bravolebrity captioned the snap.

Teresa has Milania and daughters Gia Giudice (23), Gabriella Giudice (20) and Audriana Giudice (14) with her ex-husband Joe Giudice.
