“He is a liar and…” – Firstpost

Nana Patekar was accused of assaulting Tanushree Dutta on the set of Horn “OK”, pleasea 2008 film. Dutta had filed a police complaint against Patekar and her lawyer told the media that after the registration of an FIR, two more women would come forward who had allegedly been harassed by the accused.

Dutta was the actress who started the Metoo movement in the industry in 2018 and brought many more traumatic stories to light. In a recent interview with The LallanTop, when the ‘WelcomeWhile the star denied the allegations, Dutta wrote a long note on Instagram saying that Patekar is a “pathological” liar.

The actress wrote, “What a big liar Nana Patekar is, the whole world now knows after the incident with the boy in Varanasi. Nana first tried to make it look like the slap was part of the shooting and then he faced severe public criticism for trying to cover up his abuse. Then he suddenly turned away and gave a half-hearted apology. Why wait 6 years for him to respond to #metoo?? I’ll tell you why… because he knows I may be considering filing another complaint against Nana for conspiracy to murder, criminal intimidation and threat, stalking and assault. I have been severely harassed by unknown groups for the past few years. Wherever I went, I was followed and stalked by strangers.”

Dutta added, “There was a relentless flow of strange accidents and several attempts to poison me with various substances. There were also a few attempts to corner me and put me in dangerous situations with strangers. A lot of strange things were constantly happening to me and around me and all these people seemed to be hired thugs. The situations I found myself in and had to navigate through were very similar to what SSR might have gone through but thank God I survived all of that.”

“He thought I would be dead by now as per his plan, but I survived. And now he is scared and his support base in Bollywood has shrunk. All those who supported him are either bankrupt, have lost their status or have marginalized him. People have now seen through his manipulations and that is why he has come up with another big gaslighting,” the actress said at the end of the post.
