18-year-old dies when tree falls on him

An 18-year-old died when he was struck by a falling tree in Westmoreland County on July 4. North Huntingdon police said officers responded to Winchester Road in the area of ​​the Trafford Sportsmen’s Club around 11:40 a.m. Thursday. The man was helping other volunteers clear fallen trees from a recent storm when he was struck, police said. The coroner’s office has not released the name of the person who died.
