Murder investigation underway in north Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, NC – The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is investigating after a person was pronounced dead in North Charlotte on Thursday.

Officers responded to a 911 call in Cattail Court near Plaza Road Extension, where they discovered a dead person at the scene.

This investigation is active and ongoing.
