Investigation into stabbing in Lancaster

Lancaster police are investigating a reported stabbing attack. They say just after 2 a.m. Sunday morning, a man was hospitalized with a 7-inch gash on his neck. Investigators spoke with the victim and witnesses at the hospital. They told police they were leaving a bar near the North Queen Street parking garage when a friend noticed the victim’s neck bleeding. Police say no one saw what caused the injury. Police in Lancaster are investigating a reported stabbing.

It is said that shortly after two o’clock on Sunday morning a man was admitted to hospital with an 18 centimetre long cut on his neck.

Investigators spoke to the victim and witnesses at the hospital.

They told police they had just left a bar near the parking garage on North Queen Street when a friend noticed the victim’s neck was bleeding.

According to police, no one saw the cause of the injury.

According to police, the injuries are not life-threatening.
