Kanye West’s former assistant sues him for sexual harassment

Kanye West’s former assistant has accused him of sexual harassment, breach of contract and wrongful termination, according to court documents obtained by Rolling Stone.

In the lawsuit, Lauren Pisciotta claimed that she worked in the music industry for 15 years and worked with West on the first season of his Yeezy women’s clothing line and three pieces of his Donda album, released in 2021. That year, Pisciotta said, West hired her as his “executive assistant/personal assistant” and offered her an annual salary of $1 million on the condition that she be available to him “24/7,” which she accepted as the artist’s full-time employee.

At the time, Pisciotta claimed she was making $1 million annually from OnlyFans and other social media platforms. Although West initially had no objections to her OnlyFans account, according to the lawsuit, in 2022 he allegedly stated that he wanted Pisciotta to be “godlike” and asked her to delete her account in exchange for $1 million. After deleting her account, Pisciotta said she received a flood of explicit messages from West and that at one point he masturbated in front of her.

According to the documents, West wrote in one text message: “My problem is that I want to fuck, but after I fuck, I want a girl to tell me how hard she got fucked while I fuck her,” followed by “Then I want her to cheat on me.”

Pisciotta also claimed that West instructed her to provide him with an erectile dysfunction drug before sexual encounters, “darling,” was “fixated on the penis size” of her friends, and sent her videos of him having sex with a model.

In another message, West reportedly asks Pisciotta, “Is my dick racist?” and adds, “I’m going to stare at pictures of white women with black asses and beat the shit out of my racist dick.”

Pisciotta also claimed that during conversations with West that were supposedly about discussing work-related matters, he masturbated while on the phone with her.

In another disturbing claim, the lawsuit details an incident that allegedly occurred during an overnight flight to Paris where other Yeezy employees were present. Pisciotta claimed that after West said he needed to talk to her, he closed the door to his room on the plane, trapping the two inside since the door couldn’t be opened from the inside. West then allegedly laid down on his bed while she sat in a chair across from him, and he began masturbating under the covers until he fell asleep.

In about September 2022, the lawsuit says, Pisciotta was promoted to chief of staff at his various companies and was told she would receive an additional $3 million for her promotion. However, the following month, Pisciotta said she was fired and was allegedly offered a $3 million severance package, which she accepted but did not receive.

In addition to sexual harassment, breach of contract and wrongful termination, Pisciotta is also suing West and his affiliated Yeezy companies for fraud, unpaid wages and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

This is not the first time West has been publicly associated with explicit content. In November 2022 Rolling Stone reported that several former Yeezy employees claimed West showed them pornography and inappropriate photos of his then-wife Kim Kardashian, among other alleged intimidation and control tactics. In the past, West has spoken of a “full-blown porn addiction” that “destroyed my family” and of sex as inspiration for his design.
