At least 7 people shot in Houston during violent Saturday night

Another deadly night occurred in crime-ridden Harris County. At least seven people have been injured or killed in various shootings across the greater Houston area.

A fifteen and sixteen year old were shot and killed at an apartment complex in northwest Harris County. Police say the two teens went outside and several shots were fired. The two teenagers then returned to their respective homes. The sixteen-year-old man was pronounced deceased at the scene, while the fifteen-year-old suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

In Greenspoint, three people were hospitalized following a shooting on West Rankin Road, reported around 8:24 p.m. The incident involved multiple vehicles, but it is unclear whether or not it was a random road rage incident. Two of the three victims were taken to hospital by ambulance, while the third drove herself.

Around 12:40 a.m., a pizza delivery man shot a customer at an apartment complex on Yellowstone Boulevard. At this time, police do not know what started the argument, but the delivery driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with police. It is not yet known whether charges will be filed against the driver.

An argument between two neighbors in north Houston led to a shooting around 7:39 p.m. The victim’s condition and details of the incident have not yet been released.
