Police search for man who allegedly sexually assaulted woman in West New York

WEST NEW YORK, NJ (PIX11) — Authorities say police are searching for a man accused of sexually assaulting a woman in New Jersey on Saturday.

A 40-year-old woman came into contact with the suspect near Hudson Avenue and 51st Street around 1:30 a.m., officials said. The woman was grabbed by the hair and then sexually assaulted, prosecutors said.

The investigation is ongoing, but no arrests have been made, officials said.
