Two passengers killed in plane crash at Jersey Shore

Two people were killed in a traffic accident in Brick on Saturday afternoon, authorities said.

The crash occurred shortly before 1 p.m. at the intersection of Brick Boulevard and Chambers Bridge Road, according to Brick Police and State Police fatal crash data.

According to the state police, both of the dead were passengers. However, the police did not provide any information on the number of vehicles involved.

Neither Brick police nor the Ocean County District Attorney’s Office could be reached by email or phone Sunday morning.
