A man accused of possessing thousands of child porn images has been arrested following a joint operation at Richmond’s home

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas – A joint operation led to the arrest of a man in Fort Bend County on Tuesday.

The Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office says it, along with the Fort Bend County District Attorney’s Office and the Rosenberg Police Department, executed a search warrant at a home in Richmond.

The search warrant related to an investigation into the promotion and distribution of child pornography in The Woodlands.

The investigation found that Lance Ray Findley was linked to the promotion and possession of thousands of images depicting child violence and child sexual abuse.

Findley was charged with five counts of promoting/distributing child pornography in Montgomery County. He was taken to the Montgomery County Jail and is being held on $300,000 bail.
