1 man dies after motorcycle crashes into tree in Derry Township

DERRY TOWNSHIP, Pennsylvania (KDKA) – A man was killed in a motorcycle crash in Westmoreland County Saturday morning.

County coroners were called to the scene of the accident in Derry Township, where they found that a bicycle had left the road and struck a tree.

Joshua Haynes, 24, of Blairsville was pronounced dead at the scene.

It was found that Hanyes was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.
