St. Cloud police search for 14-year-old runaway

ST. CLOUD, Minnesota – St. Cloud police are searching for a 14-year-old girl who officials say ran away from a youth home on April 24.

Cilia Abwoyo Langoya left the 180 Degrees Youth Shelter around 9 p.m. that day and has not been seen since, according to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.

Langoya is 1.60 m tall and weighs 68 kg. In the photo, her hair is blonde, but authorities say it may now be a different color.
