Sex offender arrested in Morgan County – News/Talk KRMS

The Morgan County Fugitive Apprehension Security Team takes another sex offender off the streets.

Sheriff Norman Dills says 41-year-old Randy Sills was wanted on probation and arrest warrants for second-degree rape and failure to register as a sex offender.

Sills was taken into custody in Rocky Mount and is now being held without bail in the Morgan County Jail.
