Narrative:

Dover Police have issued a Gold Alert for Michael Jennings, 33, of Dover, DE. Jennings suffers from a medical condition that may pose a risk to his health and safety if not properly monitored and treated. Jennings is described as a black man, 1.85 meters tall, weighing 100 kilograms, with long dreadlocks and brown eyes. Jennings was last seen at the McKee Road apartment block at approximately 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2024. At the time, he was wearing black pants and a blue button-down shirt. Attempts to locate him were unsuccessful.
