York man missing since May found dead: Sheriff

YORK COUNTY, SC (QUEEN CITY NEWS) – A York man missing since May has been found dead in Sharon, South Carolina, the York County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to Queen City News on Wednesday.

The sheriff’s office issued a public notice on May 31 that Patterson had not been seen at a mobile home park near Lesslie Highway since May 11.

The circumstances and cause of his death have not yet been disclosed and the investigation is still ongoing.
