Company fire in Hinckley is currently being investigated

HINCKLEY, Ohio (WJW) – A fire that broke out Friday night at Big 3 Racing in Hinckley is under investigation.

According to the Hinckley Fire Department, firefighters were called to a fire at Big 3 Racing around 8:30 p.m. Hinckley Police were already on the scene.

According to Fire Chief Jestin Grossenbaugh, nine other fire departments were also called to the scene, including those from Brunswick City, Brunswick Hills, Granger, Sharon Township, North Royalton, Richfield, Bath, Valley City and Medina City.

Heavy smoke and a major fire were observed at the sites.

No injuries were reported and the fire is currently under investigation by the Medina County Fire Investigation Unit.

According to Grossenbaugh, the fire appears to have been an accident.
