One teenager arrested, another sought in connection with fatal shooting in north Jackson

One person has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting. Jackson police announced that 19-year-old Cameron Lee was arrested and is now in custody for the murder of Roitavious Greenfield. A second warrant for the murder has been issued for 19-year-old Martraviois Douglas. Douglas is also wanted in another murder case. Officers were called to the University of Mississippi Medical Center around 1 a.m. Wednesday where a gunshot victim was being treated. Detective Tommie Brown said the man, Roitavious Greenfield, was pronounced dead at the hospital. Investigators determined Greenfield was shot in the 5900 block of Lake Trace Circle in north Jackson. Jackson police are asking anyone with information about this case to call Crime Stoppers at 601-355-TIPS (8477) or contact Jackson police at 601-960-1234.

Jackson Police announced that 19-year-old Cameron Lee was arrested and is now in custody for the murder of Roitavious Greenfield. A second warrant for the arrest of 19-year-old Martraviois Douglas was issued for murder.

Douglas is also wanted in another murder case.
