Harford Police Investigate Possible Kidnapping

HARTFORD, Connecticut (WTNH) – Police are investigating a possible kidnapping Wednesday afternoon in Hartford.

At approximately 10:45 a.m., patrol officers responded to an address on Jefferson Street after receiving information about a woman being held against her will.

“Information was passed on that the woman was abducted outside of Hartford and taken to the address,” said Hartford Police Lieutenant Aaron Boisvert. “The woman has been found and is safe.”

No arrests have been made and police said the Hartford Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit is assisting with the investigation.
