Who was arrested?

Several people were arrested in the investigation into missing 8-month-old Miya Rudd of Reynolds Station in Owensboro, Kentucky, after police officers were unable to locate her while executing a search warrant and welfare check, according to a Kentucky State Police news release.

Those arrested in connection with this case include Miya’s parents and grandparents.

According to 14 News, Kentucky State Police officers have been searching for Miya since June 6, including searching the woods near the home where she lived with her parents and grandfather, Ricky J. Smith.

According to an arrest warrant, Miya has not been seen by her family “since late April,” the Courier Journal previously reported. She has brown hair and green eyes.
