Batman: The Masked Crusader
Minnie Driver will play a gender-swapped version of the Penguin (aka Oswalda Cobblepot) in the new animated series “Batman: Caped Crusader.”

The casting news was announced at the show’s panel at San Diego Comic-Con on Saturday. The first episode of this reimagining of the Batman mythology was also shown to fans at the panel before it premieres next week.

Hamish Linklater voices Batman/Bruce Wayne in the series alongside Christina Ricci as Catwoman, Jamie Chung as Harley Quinn and Diedrich Bader as Harvey Dent/Two-Face.

Apple TV+ has announced that the second season of the acclaimed science fiction series “Silo,” starring Rebecca Ferguson, will premiere on November 15.

The first episode of the new season will air on this day and the season will run until January 17. Steve Zahn has also joined the cast in the key role of Solo. (Source: Apple TV+)

Blood of Zeus
Netflix has renewed its animated series “Blood of Zeus” for a third and final season, which is set to premiere in 2025. Series creators and executive producers Charley Parlapanides and Vlas Parlapanides announced the news on Saturday at Comic-Con.

The third season continues the story of Heron, Seraphim and the gods, who must face their most dangerous enemies yet: Typhon, Cronus and the Titans. It was previously suggested that the series would run for five seasons. (Source: e TV Line)

Superman and Lois
The CW has released an extensive first look at Superman’s space brawl with Bizarro, who becomes Doomsday, in the upcoming fourth and final season of “Superman and Lois,” which returns October 17.

The series’ trailer recently hinted that the season will begin with Superman (Tyler Hoechlin) seemingly not surviving the battle. How the series will bring the “death of Superman” to the screen is unclear.

The Walking Dead: Dead City
AMC has previewed the second season of The Walking Dead: Dead City, starring Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Lauren Cohan, with Kim Coates, Jake Weary, Keir Gilchrist, Dascha Polanco and Pooya Mohseni joining the cast. The new season will air in 2025.
