Police: During a confrontation in Arlington, a fighter pulls out a weapon

On June 29 at 11:08 p.m., a man was inside a home in the 1000 block of Arlington Boulevard when a male suspect he knew entered and then attacked him, Arlington police said.

During the altercation, the suspect pointed a firearm at the victim, police said.

The victim was then able to leave the home to call police and the suspect left the scene, police said. The victim suffered minor injuries and was treated and released at the scene by paramedics.

The victim was provided with information about the process for obtaining arrest warrants against the suspect through the Justice of the Peace’s office.
