A man was flown out by helicopter from the scene of a motorcyclist accident in Harrison County – WAJR

LUMBERPORT, West Virginia. – One person was airlifted from the scene of a motorcycle crash on Wallace Pike yesterday afternoon.

Officers from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Department arrived at the scene of the accident at 4:37 p.m., about seven miles outside of Lumberport.

The investigation revealed that the accident involved a lone motorcyclist. The driver was injured and was airlifted from the scene.

Firefighters from Lumberport, Shinnston, Spelter, Wallace and Harrison County EMS also responded to the call.
