ROCHESTER, NY (WROC) — A Lockport man has been charged with attempting to hide the body of a murder victim, according to the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office.

DuBois was charged with first-degree obstruction of justice, tampering with evidence, concealing a human corpse, and fifth-degree conspiracy.

In April, officers arrested Kathryn Henry of Lockport. Henry was accused of attempting to cause Poole’s death and conceal his body. She was charged with second-degree murder, assault, concealing a human corpse, obstruction of justice, tampering with evidence and conspiracy.

DuBois was arraigned on Friday and will appear in Alabama Municipal Court on July 16, 2024.
