13-year-old injured after overnight shooting in Buffalo

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A 13-year-old boy was shot early Sunday morning in Buffalo’s Allentown neighborhood, Buffalo police said.

Officers responded to the call just before 2 a.m., as police said the male victim arrived at Buffalo General Hospital in a civilian vehicle after being shot near Main and High streets.


The teenager was then transferred by ambulance to Oishei Children’s Hospital where he underwent surgery, authorities said.
