Police investigate shooting in northwest Miami-Dade – NBC 6 South Florida

According to Miami-Dade police, a man was shot early Thursday morning in northwest Miami-Dade.

Authorities said they received calls that the man had been shot and responded around 3:39 a.m. They took him to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center in stable condition.

Several patrol cars and officers arrived at the scene on NW 47th Street.

It is unclear how many people were involved in the shooting, and a possible motive was not immediately disclosed.
