5 shots, 2 dead after workplace shooting at Delaware County Linen in Chester, Pennsylvania.

Five people were shot and two were killed after a disgruntled employee opened fire at a business in Chester, Pennsylvania.

CHESTER, PA – A workplace shooting in Chester, Pennsylvania leaves two people dead and three others injured.

It happened Wednesday morning at Delaware County Linen in the 2600 block of W. 4th Street.

One of the victims in the Delaware County Linen shooting was a supervisor at the company, Chester’s mayor said. It is not yet known whether this supervisor was one of the two people who died.

A weapon was recovered after the suspect was stopped by police and taken into custody. It is not yet known if this is the same weapon used in the shooting.

The suspect drove away from the scene in a black Hyundai but was soon stopped by a police officer who was responding to the shooting. The officer heard the description of the fleeing vehicle over the police radio and was able to stop it.
