Person shot in West Charlotte - WSOC TV

CHARLOTTE – One person is dead after being shot in west Charlotte on Saturday.

According to MEDIC, the shooting occurred on Remount Road near West Boulevard just before 10 p.m.

A Channel 9 team is on its way to the scene to gather more information.

Paramedics determined that a patient had died at the scene of the accident.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police have not released any information about the shooting or the identities of those involved.
