OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma. –

Authorities responded to a fatal industrial accident in northwest Oklahoma City.

Oklahoma City police and firefighters responded to the scene near North McCormick Avenue and Northwest 4th Street.

According to a press release from the Oklahoma City Fire Department, the reporter said a worker fell into a recycling machine.

The press release stated that the victim was an adult male.
