Madison driver arrested for suspected 6th OWI while in possession of MDMA and THC

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A Madison driver was arrested Saturday for a sixth OWI, in addition to charges related to MDMA and THC use, the Wisconsin State Patrol reported.

The 35-year-old was stopped by a WSP trooper on I-39/90 in Dane Co for a suspected equipment violation around 7:13 p.m., WSP said.

The officer noticed the driver was impaired and arrested him.

The driver was also arrested on charges of possession of MDMA and THC and driving with a revoked license, officials say.
