NYPD civilian employee arrested in Queens for assault: police

QUEENS, NY (PIX11) — Authorities said a civilian NYPD employee was arrested in Queens on Saturday.

According to police, 61-year-old Vincent Verdi is accused of assault and harassment. He was taken into police custody at around 6 p.m.

The NYPD declined to provide further information.
