3 dead and 2 injured in accident near Wax Road, police say

BATON ROUGE, Louisiana (WAFB) – The Central Police Department is responding to a crash that left three people dead and two injured on Tuesday, June 4.

According to police, two people were trapped in an overturned vehicle. The accident occurred between Wax Road and Greenwell Springs Road.

According to police, Magnolia Bridge Road is currently closed from Wax Road to Greenwell Springs Road and is expected to remain closed for several hours.
