Firefighters rush to the street and fight house fire in nighttime incident

FIREFIGHTERS tackled a house fire in Bradford last night.

Crews from Bradford, Odsal and Fairweather Green responded to the fire on Todd Terrace in the Great Horton area.

The call came in shortly after 10:25 p.m.

A spokesman for West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “The fire involved the ground floor of a two-storey terraced house, which is located one behind the other.”

“Crews used four breathing apparatus and two hose reels to extinguish the fire, and a positive pressure fan was used to disperse smoke.”

Further details about the fire have not yet been released.
