One dead, two injured after overnight shooting on Kensington Avenue

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — One person was killed and two people were injured in a shooting early Saturday morning in Buffalo, police officials said.

Police responded just after midnight to Kensington Avenue and Thatcher Avenue, where three men had been shot while outside, authorities said.


All three victims were transported to ECMC, where a 47-year-old Buffalo man was pronounced dead, police said. The other two men, both in their 30s, were treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
