Monroe City man killed in car crash in Ralls County – KXEO

A Monroe City man was killed in a car crash in Ralls County in the evening hours of Wednesday, July 3, 2024.

According to the Missouri Highway Patrol accident report, the accident occurred on Cincinnati Road, half a mile south of Ariel Lane and nine miles southeast of Monroe City.

The vehicle, driven by 48-year-old William C. Sweet of Monroe City, veered off the left side of the road and struck a tree.

Monroe City Emergency Medical Services pronounced Sweet dead at the scene of the accident.

The body was transported to the Beinhoff Funeral Home in Perry.
