NYPD investigates egg-throwing incident as possible hate crime

NEW YORK, NY — An incident involving eggs being thrown at a property on Pelham Parkway is currently under investigation by the NYPD’s Hate Crimes Task Force. The incident occurred shortly before midnight on Monday, May 27, 2024, in front of 900 Pelham Parkway.

Authorities report that three unknown men were observed throwing eggs at the door of the location. The men then fled on foot in an unknown direction. No injuries were reported in connection with this incident.
